  • GFI (Geek Force Inspector Max) Monitoring only:
    • Installation, Set-up, Monitor and Manage all alerts
  • We monitor the system processes and conditions.
  • We review the alert, determent the cause – and fix it where possible via remote support.
  • We provide you with reports: Performances, hardware and software inventory, fault history and any critical events.
  • Telephone Support – Client help desk
  • Cloud backup (If required, billed separately as per your needs)
  • Support by means of a Support Ticket System.
  • After hours support (Additional Fees may be applicable)
  • Remote Software installations and upgrades
  • Remote Network monitoring and Internet security
  • Remote E-mail connections and maintenance
  • Remote connection installation on each work station
  • Manage Antivirus and updates (If required billable separately)
  • Virus or Malware infections (If required billable separately)
  • New or changes to User set-ups including resetting of passwords.

The above mentioned Geek Force Inspector Max Management plan from our MAX range is the lowest specified plan yet we have an abundance of features that can be tailored to suit your needs,  For Example this plan could be used in a small home business environment and can incorporate your children’s laptops tablets and devices.

Geek Force Plan 2 (Two) (Preferred by Small Enterprises with between 5 and 25 Computers – Laptops and a possible server)

  • GFI (Geek Force Inspector Max) Monitoring
    • Installation, Set-up, Monitoring and Managing all alerts
  • We monitor the system processes and conditions.
  • We review the alert, determent the cause – and fix it where possible via remote support.
  • We provide you with weekly reports: Performances, hardware and software inventory, fault history and any critical events.
  • Telephone Support – Client help desk
  • Cloud backup (If required, billed separately as per needs)
  • Support by means of a Support Ticket System.
  • After hours support (Additional Fees may be applicable)
  • Remote Software installations and upgrades
  • Remote Network monitoring and Internet security
  • Remote E-mail connections and maintenance
  • Remote Server maintenance
  • Remote connection installation on each work station
  • Manage Antivirus and updates (If required billable separately)
